A trip to the San Siro and @blueyboy_73' s Inter Milan team were next, Sunderland hoping to get their first win of the season against the First Division play-off Champions. The Inter manager also hoping to get the three points as well. But goals from Kokorin and Lemina for Inter and a brace from Deeney for the black cats saw another draw in the top flight and still no win for the rokerites, some of the Red and White army were starting to lose abit of faith in there young good looking manager, as questions were asked if he had the experience to keep this great club were many felt it belonged! So into a much needed home game against the old Premier League war house @Ultravires who was bringing his Millionarious team up to claim all three points as he was plotting a quiet tilt at the title. Sunderland forward Remy scored the opener but Millionarious soon took control of the match running into a 3-1 lead with goals from Okaka and a double from Martinez, midfield maestro Propper pulled one back for Abbafather's men but it was to little to late as the Columbian cartel held on for the win. Sunderland now found themselves in trouble no win yet and at the bottom of the table, the teams above had all been picking up points and the Wearsiders were on the verge of being cut adrift! An away match at Panathinaikos now loomed with a win becoming essential for Abbafather's side, but @Petmaister had impressed many with his counter attacking play in the previous season and was in no mood to give up the points running out comfortable 2-0 winners goals from Guerreiro and Iheanacho sealing the win. Things were now starting to look bleak the noises from terraces weren't very good as fans started to turn on the team, more heartbreak in the next match as Sunderland were again beaten this time in the reverse fixture against @Cloughy's PSG who managed to squeeze a 2-1 win after big Troy Deeney had given the Black Cats the lead, PSG dangerman Martinez managed to score a brace and take all the points for Paris. This was going from bad to worse as next up were high flying West Ham! Under @Don Raphael 007 stewardship they had become quite a force to be reckoned with this season.
